Originally from New Jersey, Susan Mondello relocated in 2000 to the Sarasota area, where she has since lived as a full-time and part-time resident. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Susan brings an extensive background as a teacher, where she helped create a program to help students develop communication skills. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Susan brings an extensive background as a teacher, where she helped create a program to help students develop communication skills. This experience proved beneficial upon her transition to the real estate industry in 2003. Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, Susan worked with Prudential Palms Realty, where she established lasting relationships with her clients as a result of her exceptional customer care.

To enhance the level of service she provides, Susan has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and ePro designations. An active part of the community, she serves as a volunteer for the Boys and Girls Club. In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit through yoga, Pilates, dancing, weightlifting, walking and more.
