ATTENTION PILOTS ! Looking for a unique place to build your dream home and hangar? Located in a private aviation community, this lot offers a rare opportunity to live among fellow aviation enthusiasts. Stop paying hangar rent at the airport! This community is perfect for those who love to fly. Own a piece of history, Buckingham Army Airfield was a WW II gunnery training facility. The airfield occupied over 7000 acres and had 6 runways. There is nothing better than being able to walk from your home into your own hangar! A quick preflight and a short taxi through the gates of FL-59 and you are able to fly anywhere! FL59 is 4500'x400' with overruns. The annual HOA fee is only $300!
